CANCELLATION POLICY
1) Cancellations received before 30 May no penalty shall apply and full payment shall be returned.
2) Cancellations received between 30 May 2010 and 30 June 2010 shall have a 50% penalty.
3) Cancellations between 30 June and 30 July shall have a 70% penalty.
4) No returns shall be effected on cancellations received after 30 July 2011.
5) Reassignment of rooms to another person shall be accepted up to 10 days before the check-in date.
